if at first you don't succeed...

...there's another piece of paper in your stash that will probably make you happier than you'd have thought. That's the story with todays card. I had a couple pieces of paper picked out, they coordinated from the same paper pad...and then I messed it all up. I get compliments on my sewing, and it's always far from perfect in my eyes. {but, I am not a machine, so I pretend it's ok, LOL} I tell you though, when I use my corner rounder on solid cardstock...and then think I am gonna sew it all even...no matter what, I mess it up. I think it is all going so well until I pull my image out from under the needle. If you would have seen the original sew job on rounded corners, you would have thought I had some kinda attack when I went around each of the four corners. But, I will tell you, pulling that image apart had me putting together a color combo I like SO much better. hehe, This is is classy pair of JavaBella's sippin their cafe', don't ya think? {I could only dream to look this sophisticated!} The Bella on the right has a gorjuss designer dress on, all sparkled and blinged out.

Finished size is 5 3/4 square. Bazzill solid cardstock, Cosmo Cricket 6x6 pad in 'Circa 1934', Bella's BESTEST paper {for image}, Javabella's by Stamping Bella, colored pencils, gamsol/OMS, Memento ink, Distress ink in 'Vintage Photo', glitter, nesties, faux suede ribbon, button, twine, Scrap Dots.

I am off to get my coloring mojo in gear and get some cards packed up and mailed off to Emily. Da Bella is heading to CHA, and there are new images in the wings....wanna see a peek? check out this POST....
