I had some wedding shower cards to get out this weekend. I got a request for two cards, same shower, but coming from two different poeple..Hey Jude! I got a nice little note telling me that the colors were terra cotta with a brown ribbon. To be more precise, I guess that is what the bridesmaid dresses look like. So, based on this info, I came up with this as card number one...DSC02656

I had bought some Prima flowers in terra cotta and a dusty blue, just for this project. They will be so nice for fall/Thanksgiving too. I used a robin's egg blue from Archivers as the base of this card and some SU cardstocks for the rust colors...that pretty paisley paper was picked up at Archivers too, in the wedding section. The stamp set is from Hero Arts, and it is such an elegant script, I love it! The spellbinder dies are getting a workout in my room, I seem to be cutting everything with them. I have been drooling over the new stuff they have coming out, can't wait to get my hands on those!

Tomorrow I will show you the second card I made and it is very different from this one. Thanks for stopping by today and thanks for all the kind comments! paula :)

This has to be the prettiest card I have ever seen!
